IT QUICKLY BREAKS INTO ACTION AND DOESN'T STOP UNTIL THE VERY LAST PAGE. IT IS WELL WRITTEN AND THOUGHT OUT. ALL THE CHARACTERS ARE WELL DEVELOPED AND ALL OF THEM PLAY A VERY GOOD PART. IT IS FULL OF ACTION, SUSPENSE AND SURPRISES. IN HIS DESCRIPTION'S OF EVERYTHING, YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, OF IT ALL. LIKE IN THE WESTERN BOOK'S WRITTEN BY "BRAD DENNISON" YOU ARE IN THE "FIGHTS" WITH EACH CHARACTER. THERE IS NOTHING "AVERAGE" ABOUT THIS BOOK. JANTZ IS UP THERE WITH ALL OF THE GOOD WRITTERS. IF YOU THOUGHT YOU HAVE EVER SEEN A "WICKED LADY", JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU MEET "VICTORIA CARPENTER". SHE IS EXTREMELY SMART, CUNNING AND DEVIOUS.
THIS IS THE FIRST WESTERN WRITTEN BY RICK JANTZ AND AS GOOD AS THIS IS, THINK WHAT HE MAY WRITE IN JUST A FEW YEARS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO "WESTERN FICTION' LOVERS. I AM LOOKIMNG FORWARD TO HIS NEXT BOOK. JANTZ, JUST KEEP-ON-KEEPING-ON. HAPPY READING!!!

Totally enjoyed the book. Good premise of redemption and facing our fears. Cast of characters was

Absurd sorry telling. At the heart is a good story ruined by crazy literary inventions. Save your time do not read this book.
Excellent fast paced western. Plenty of action and characters that grabbed my attention from the very beginning. Plot twists and turns that kept me involved through the very end. I recommend Colson's Law by Rick Jantz.
This book has all that every true western book must have. It has love, gun fights, a fist fight, a morally sound hero,and a classic ending. The editing could have been better towards the end, lots of typing errors and wrong words. It could use better descriptions of the land areas.
Having never read one of Mister Jantz's books before I was not sure if it was a good decision to purchase it. Was I wrong. Traveling from New York to Laramie with Rad Colson and his adventures put me into a page turning frenzy. I would highly recommend this book to anyone. Purchase it and enjoy an excellent western novel.
One of the very best books of this genre that I have read. The characters, the plot, the unexpected twists were so well formed and presented. Makes me wonder why many more have not been written by this author. I believe that I would have eagerly read each one. Will definitely be looking forward to others by him.
Mr. Jantz has woven a compelling, exciting saga about a man haunted by his past. Rad Colson has sunk to a deep, hopeless despair from which there seems no escape. His life changes drastically throughout COLSON'S LAW as he is reborn in this very well-crafted adventure. This wonderful story of tragedy, romance, and human dynamics is a great read. I hope to read more of Rick Jantz's work. The only distraction I noticed while reading was the sub-standard editing.
